Article 1 (Purpose)

Floopy (hereafter referred to as 'the Company') establishes this Personal Information Processing Policy (hereafter 'the Policy') in order to protect the information (hereafter 'personal information') of individuals (hereafter 'users' or 'individuals') using Artinai (hereafter 'Company Service'), which the Company intends to provide, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereafter 'Information and Communications Network Act'), and other relevant laws, and to promptly and smoothly handle grievances related to the protection of users' personal information.
